playing the geopolitical games.....

There is no good and evil… only desires of intent that are natural for survival but extended by humans [homo dumbdumus] into the realm of stylistic choices. Some of these desires encroach on others’ desires. Conflict will happen.

Daily we deal with these conflict with a reasonable ability while also managing boredom… Most of the artful dramas and comedies are based on these conflicts. The medium have extended from early greek stage performance, from myths of antiquity told through Homer and others, to TV shows. 

At a civilisation conflict level, these desires have led to war. Plenty of it. We know.

In the past, these conflicts were localised, until the Roman Empire took most of the mediterranean nations and a few other places like England.

 

This was the beginning of the geopolitical age.

At this level there is no good or evil either, except the desire to conquer lands. Theft is an inconvenient truth of life. Often this action is stylised by the powers in charge with a moral component that will invoke good versus evil. We know this is crap, but we accept the concept because the truth is inconvenient: we don’t want to believe we are thieves…. or that our governments rob other people on our behalf, for our comforts.... 

 

AMERICA IS THE MOST DESPICABLE EMPIRE

America [USA] has devised a panoply of tricks and deceits, in order to conquer and maintain the grab on conquests. These do not have to be exclusively military conquests, but economic strangleholds. For example, the birth of the PETRODOLLAR was such an economic weapon. 

 

An agreement with oil producing nations that all transactions be in US dollars. 

— Countries that tried to reject this venture got whacked:

—— Libya (destroyed)

—— Venezuela (recently attacked)

—— Iraq (destroyed)

—— Russia (not destroyed but sanctioned)

—— Iran (destruction presently attempted by TRUMP)

—— Non-petrodollar oil buyers get sanctioned.

 

A PROTECTION RACKET

America thus sucks your independence and provides a protection racket [gangsterisation of civilisation] for not breaking your windows…

In order to achieve this, America [USA] has the biggest military with around 800 military bases around the world, designed to make sure countries will not become “independent” from the Empire.

— Europe is tied up by the USA despite rumbles about being (or becoming) independent.

— The Middle-East is tied up with the USA

— The Phillipines, Japan, South Korea

— Mongolia

— Israel

— Ukraine

— UK (a partnership of sorts)

— Latin America

— Canada

— Switzerland (despite neutrality)

— Some central Asia countries are playing "safe" neutrality

 

TRUST

American governments trust other people like they trust themselves. THAT IS TO SAY THEY DON’T TRUST ANYONE.

— USA are always on the lookout from deceit from others, as the Americans apply deceit on them.

 

HOLLYWOODIAN PHiLOSOPHY

Most of the American governments philosophy is a pastiche. It uses attractive distractions to catch you in their fold…

There is no great philosophical insights but a fake “freedom” and “democracy” push with [obvious] bad faith.

— Fast food is a horror of social cohesion and health

— Economic values are designed to favour the rich

— Satire has no effect but provide an outlet for the frustrations of the downtrodden

— the culture of fame and beauty are superficial social divertissements
