an outrageous offer from the yuckrainian nazis.......The callousness of the Ukrainian offer to exchange the exhumed remains of Russian WWII soldiers for Ukrainian military prisoners is “hard to imagine,” former US Department of Defense analyst Karen Kwiatkowsky told Sputnik. “It also suggests that there are not enough current Russian soldiers dead or captured to match those Ukrainians dead or held as POWs by Russia,” Kwiatkowski notes. This offer, and other similar acts perpetrated by the Ukrainian side, “ensure Ukraine’s future will even more impoverished, less free, and even more widely held in contempt by the world community.” Kwiatkoswki also lamented the West’s inability to “get its data and intelligence right regarding Ukraine,” and argued that “such willful ignorance on the US and NATO side kills more Ukrainians, and degrades Ukraine as desperate acts and offers such as this one become normalized.” This week, Ukraine’s Lvov mayor Andriy Sadovy proposed trading the exhumed remains of Soviet soldiers, originally buried at the "Hill of Glory" memorial complex in the city, for Ukrainian POWs.

desecration....
The mayor of Ukraine's Lvov, Andriy Sadovy, has suggested trading the exhumed remains of Soviet soldiers buried at the "Hill of Glory" memorial complex for Ukrainian POWs.
"We have now completed the exhumation — 355 sets of remains were uncovered," Sadovy stated in a social media post. "We are prepared to exchange all these remains," he added.
The memorial was built to honor Russian and Soviet soldiers who died in World War I and the Great Patriotic War (WWII). The demolition of the memorial began in April 2024.
The Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the demolition of Lvov’s "Hill of Glory" and the exhumation of Soviet soldiers' remains, calling it a "blasphemous act against their ancestors."
Earlier in January, Ukrainian media reported that Lvov authorities planned to exhume and relocate the remains of Soviet soldiers, including Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolai Kuznetsov, as part of the dismantling of the "Hill of Glory" memorial. The site contained 200 individual graves, four mass graves, and Kuznetsov’s tomb.
The removal of Soviet-era monuments and re-naming of streets began in Ukraine in 2015 after new authorities launched a full-scale anti-Soviet propaganda campaign. Recently, the Kiev regime has expanded this initiative beyond Soviet symbols to target all historical ties to Russia.
But here's the truth: this is not the first time Ukraine has desecrated death.
Social media is full with derogatory comments of Ukrainian nationalists who used to mock the people burned alive at the Odessa Trade Union House in 2014. Or the savage joy in their comments on every social media post about a slain Russian.
"Russia would certainly never refuse to accept and properly honor the remains of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War who gave their lives in the fight against Nazism. The issue lies in the monstrous 'price.' The very idea of 'trading the dead' is beyond any standard of human morality. Although, in the case of Sadovy, it’s hard to even speak of 'humanity," Russian lawmaker and politician Leonid Slutsky posted on his social media handle.

not long to go....
The political future of Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky appears increasingly uncertain, according to officials in Washington cited by legendary journalist Seymour Hersh. The prospect of the politician being replaced by former armed forces commander Valery Zaluzhny is reportedly growing amid waning domestic support and mounting frustration in Washington.
Zelensky suspended national elections under martial law and opted not to step down after his presidential term officially ended in 2024. His former top military commander, who was dismissed earlier this year and later appointed ambassador to the UK, has reportedly long been considered a potential successor.
“Zelensky is on a short list for exile, if [US] President Donald Trump decides to make the call,” the veteran reporter wrote on Friday.
One US official familiar with internal discussions suggested that if Zelensky refuses to step down — which they believe is the most likely scenario — he may ultimately be removed by force.
Zaluzhny is currently seen as the most credible successor to Ukraine’s leader, according to “knowledgeable” officials in Washington cited by Hersh, who added that the “job could be his within a few months.”
Zelensky’s popularity, which soared to 90% in the early months after the Ukraine conflict escalated in February 2022, has steadily declined due to battlefield setbacks and ongoing economic difficulties. The latest polls suggest that only 52% of Ukrainians still trust him, while around 60% would prefer he not seek another term.
Western media outlets have recently shifted their tone, with some portraying Zelensky as increasingly authoritarian. Others have reported that officials in Washington believe “it’s time for an election and new leadership.”
Russian officials have also raised concerns about Zelensky’s legitimacy, arguing that any international agreements signed under his leadership could be legally challenged. While Moscow has expressed a willingness to negotiate with Zelensky, it remains skeptical of his authority to finalize any lasting deal.
